Where has the term gone?!

Just a quick update of what we've been up to since half term. I can't believe that the Autumn term is nearly over - we've been so busy that it's just flown by!

Our term began with a visit from Bracey's Bakery . The children found out how to make bread and what they should eat to be healthy.

The children are enjoying writing in their Writers Notebooks. Thank you for helping to decorate them - they look fabulous!

In Maths we have been learning about 2d shapes and symmetry. the children had great fun finding out how many lines of symmetry different 2d shapes have.

Christmas is coming ! Time to start all those Christmas crafts!

The Year 2s had a lovely time at Bethel Baptist this week. We helped to perform the Nativity story and then we made mincepies and a Christmas card. A huge thank you to everyone at Bethel Baptist for their warm welcome.

Our Design & Technology project this term is making puppets. The children looked at different styles of puppets and then designed and made their own. They're fantastic!

This week we turned our Victorian School room role play into Mog's Christmas corner. The children are having lots of fun wrapping presents and  writing their Christmas lists, cards, gift tags and party invitations. Very busy and very messy!!

Congratulations to Eira, Tiffany, Morgan and Mollie who have all received our Seren Yr Wythnos this term.

Looking forward to seeing you all at our Christmas concert.
